Privacy Policy
This page describes our current practices in plain language and will be updated as HopeClose grows.
Information we collect
This marketing site collects only what you choose to send through the contact form: your name, organization, email address, and message. Inside the HopeClose application, your organization's context data belongs to your organization.
How we use it
We use the details in your message to reply, answer questions, and prepare a recommendation. We do not sell information, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.
Your organization's data
Data your members enter into a context — people, notes, commitments, giving history — is stored to operate HopeClose for you. We access it only when you ask us to for support or migration work.
Analytics and cookies
hopeclose.com currently runs no analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. The only browser storage we use is a small preference that remembers your chosen colour palette. If we add privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics later, we will update this page before turning it on.
Contact form retention
Contact form submissions are stored in our backend so we can reply and keep a record of the conversation. We keep them no longer than twenty-four months, and we delete a submission sooner on request. Submissions are never used for marketing lists.
Spam protection
The contact form uses invisible checks — a hidden field, a timing check, and rate limiting by network address — rather than third-party captcha services. No data is shared with an outside verification provider.
Requests and deletion
Use the contact form to ask what we hold, request a correction, or request deletion. We respond within a reasonable period, generally under two weeks.
