Questions people ask before choosing
- I work alone. Is Core really enough?
- Yes. Core is the whole working product for one person — unlimited contacts and organizations, your pipeline, touches, notes and history, the insights engine, forecasts, reminders, and Strategy AI suggestions. Most solo operators stay here happily for a long time.
- What counts as a seat?
- A seat is one person on your team with their own login. The people you serve are never counted or billed. Every plan is priced per seat, so you only pay for the people actually doing the work.
- What does Teams add over Core?
- Teams takes everything in Core and makes it team-wide: shared pipelines, role permissions, team dashboards, forecasts rolled up across seats, shared insights and email intelligence, and handoffs that carry context between people. Teams starts at two seats.
- How is Deluxe different from Teams?
- Teams is about how your people work together. Deluxe is about depth and expression — advanced analytics, deeper AI insight, deep automation, premium integrations, and the full brand layer with custom skins and themes, your brand kit, a branded portal, and email in your voice.
- How does annual billing work?
- Annual is ten months for twelve — two months free, nothing hidden. Monthly stays available at the same rate, and switching between them is always allowed.
- Can we change plans later?
- Any time, in either direction, without penalty. Nothing here locks you in, so pick the plan that fits you today and adjust when your work changes.
- What is a Success Manager add-on?
- Support, not a plan tier. A Shared Success Manager is $3,000 per month and is our premium entry level of support. A Dedicated Success Manager is $9,000 per month, with their time fully allocated to your organization. Either can sit alongside any plan.
- Our organization has several departments. What then?
- That is what Enterprise is for — department mapping, governance, SOC 2 and GDPR bundled in, custom workflows built in, enterprise integrations, unlimited environments, and dedicated support. It is coming soon; reach out and we will talk through your structure.
- Can we bring our existing data in?
- Yes. Bring spreadsheets, exports, or your current CRM and we will help map people, history, and notes into your environment before you start.
