Our story
Mission-led work runs on trust. Software should help you keep it.
HopeClose exists because the teams doing the most relational work were handed the least relational tools — enterprise pipelines, giving ledgers, and dashboards that report the past instead of guiding the present.
Mission
Turn relationships into momentum.
We believe the next right move is knowable. If a system understands your phases, your commitments, and your history, it can hand your team a short, honest list every morning — and let people be people the rest of the day.
That conviction shapes the product's language too. HopeClose has members, not users. Organizations work inside contexts. Initiatives advance through gates your team clears on purpose.
Founder note
I built HopeClose because I needed it — and nothing on the market did the job.
I was running ARRiiVE, calling on churches, producing the SLO Jazz Festival, and managing outreach for bands. Four very different worlds, one identical problem: every one of them lived or died on follow-through, and no CRM I used would tell me the next right move.
I have worked in Salesforce, Pipedrive, Insightly, Nutshell, ACT, GoldMine, HubSpot, and Zoho, and I have written the CRM plan for several companies I helped launch. They are excellent at recording what already happened. They are quiet about what should happen tomorrow.
During the Olympics, watching Americans compete, I sketched the core of HopeClose — one tool to hold every relationship across every project, and to say plainly who needs attention this week. The vision grew from there to include coaching, Portals, and automations that go further than the big platforms without carrying their bloat.
That is the whole idea behind Relationship Engagement and Momentum: software that tells you the next right move, not just what happened.

Who it's for
Teams whose work is relational.
Churches
Track families, hospitality, discipleship, and generosity in one context without turning your staff into data entry clerks.
Christian movements
Coordinate partners, sending churches, and regional leaders across many contexts while keeping each one's data its own.
Nonprofits
Donor relationship CRM work with real stewardship built in — thank-yous, reporting promises, and renewal conversations on time.
Bands & touring artists
Venues, promoters, house shows, and repeat rooms. Groups like Black Market Trio and Black Market Troubadours keep every relationship warm between tours.
Small businesses
Referral partners and long-cycle clients behave like relationships, not tickets. HopeClose treats them that way.
Come build momentum with us.
Start a context for your team, invite your members, and let HopeClose surface what needs attention this week.
